What counts as an "active client"? +
A client workspace with at least one sign-off sent in the current month. Dormant clients don't count against your limit — their records stay intact and exportable.
What happens if I cancel? +
Your account becomes read-only: no new sign-offs, but every record remains viewable and exportable. Evidence you built shouldn't be hostage to a subscription.
Do multi-approver chains cost extra per approver? +
